Every client has different questions to ensure we are delivering the best service. Below is a list of common questions however please feel free to call us and we will answer any questions you may have.

 

Q -What areas do you cover?
A – Greater Glasgow is our key service area but we can cover the central belt of Scotland. If you have offices in other cities out with our key service areas then we can project manage your other offices on your behalf.

 

Q – How much to you charge?
A – We really need to chat with you to discuss your requirements and also survey your premises.

 

Q – What times and days do you work?
A – You lead the way on this. You tell us your preferred days and hours that you wish us to work and we will absorb this into our survey.

 

Q – Do you have management back up should something go wrong?
A – We are contactable 24 hours a day, you will also have the Managing Directors mobile number to call at any time.

 

Q – Are your staff trained?
A – Absolutely, essential to our success. We also have many legal obligations to comply with and this is absorbed into our personnel induction policy.

 

Q – Are your staff checked for eligibility to work in the UK?
A – Indeed they are, our industry has many rogue traders but our personnel are our life blood and without them we have no business. We still have many members of our team who have been with us since our very first day of trading.

 

Q – What does your survey involve?
A – Our survey of your premises ensures we have a first hand understanding of your business and your requirements. It allows you to meet us first hand. It also ensures we leave no stone unturned and will then become the key deliverable ingredient in our business relationship. During the survey we will also carry out a risk assessment of the premises and the service we will be providing you with, we then input this into our health and safety policy that is site specific to you.
